True fitness isn’t just a series of exercise programs mashed with nutrition plans...it’s a way of life.

 

How you train (down to the subtlest movements) and what you do outside of your training matters just as much, if not more, than what you are training.

Once I saw how everything fit together, I was able to guide and help people routinely achieve PRs in their sport...without running them into the ground with exhaustion or an injury.
